Philly Cheesesteak

4 CBC Philly Steak Rolls

1 pound Thin Sliced Rib Eye Steak

1 cup Sliced Onion

1/2 cup Sliced Red Pepper

1/2 cup Sliced Green Pepper

1/2 cup Sliced Mushrooms

8 slices Provolone Cheese

1 Tbsp. Olive Oil

1 Tbsp. Butter

Salt and Pepper



  1. In a large skillet melt butter and sauté onions for 5 minutes. Add peppers and mushrooms and continue to cook until slightly caramelized.

  2. While cooking vegetables heat olive oil in a separate large skillet. Season sliced rib eye with salt and pepper and sauté until done.

  3. Layer steak rolls with warm rib eye then vegetables. Top each sandwich with two slices of provolone cheese and slightly melt cheese on sandwich in a warm oven.

  4. Place top of roll on sandwich and serve.
