Yes, you read that right: There’s more than sliced cheese on this sandwich. There’s bacon, avocado, tomato slices and, yes, Colby-Jack cheese all tucked between Million Dollar White Bread. Mmmmmmelty.
8 slices CBC Million Dollar White Bread
8 slices Bacon, crisply cooked
8 Colby-Jack Cheese
1 Avocado, peeled and sliced
2 large Tomatoes
Spread mayonnaise onto 1 side of bread slices.
Layer bacon, cheese, avocado and tomato slices on 4 bread slices.
Butter outsides with softened butter.
Grill sandwiches on a preheated griddle or in a 12-inch skillet 3 to 4 minutes per side or until bread is golden brown and cheese is melted.
