Cinnamon Cranberry Turkey Sandwich

Not all sandwiches are created equal. Stay on the right side of lunchtime with this hearty cranberry and turkey sandwich perfect for the fall or winter! Or spring. Or summer.

Ready in: 15 minutes




8 Slices Cobblestone 24 Whole Grains and Seeds Bread

1 Pound Sliced Turkey

4 Hard Boiled Eggs, Sliced

Kale Sprouts (or any sprouts you like)

Baby Lettuce

1/2 Cup Sugar

1 Teaspoon Cinnamon

6 Ounces Cranberries (fresh or frozen)

1/2 Cup Orange Juice



  1. In a medium sized saucepan, over medium high heat, add the orange juice, cinnamon and sugar. Bring to a simmer then add the cranberries. Stir often to dissolve sugar.

  2. Cook for 8-10 minutes or until the liquid begins to thicken a bit then remove from the heat and let cool. (It will thicken as it cools)

  3. To assemble sandwich, place baby greens and sprouts on the bottom piece of bread. Layer on slices of turkey and sliced hard boiled egg. Top with cranberry sauce, close the sandwich and enjoy!
