BBQ Pork Party Sliders

Whether you catch your own or just cruise down to the local fish market, using fresh catfish fillets is the key to the perfect po’ boy. That, and Wheat Sub Rolls, of course.
8 Cobblestone Sweet Party Rolls
2 Cups Chopped or Pulled Cooked Pork
1/2 Cup BBQ Sauce
1 Cup Shredded Cabbage Mix
1/2 Cup Grated Carrot
Split 8 Cobblestone Dinner Rolls.
In a medium bowl, coat the pork with the BBQ sauce.
In a small bowl, toss together the cabbage and carrot.
Layer each dinner roll half with 1/2 cup of BBQ, 2 heaping Tbls slaw mixture, and sweet pickles.
Top with the roll tops and enjoy!
